History
The Canadian School of Warsaw was born on February 14th, 2000. As this date tells you it was deliberately opened on Valentines Day, because it started out of mothers’ love to their children. We started with six children, now we have grown to 160 pupils. We have always tried to provide the best education to our pupils, along with warm, homey atmosphere. In consequence in January 2009 we were recognized as a candidate IB World School implementing PYP (Primary Years Programme) for children 3-10 and we are doing our best to be authorized by the IBO. At the same time with the future of our student in mind we are implementing MYP and DP, which will allow our children to take IB diploma exams.
The Canadian School of Warsaw also offers three preschool groups for 3-5yr olds that are located in our second building on Kalatówki 24, in the beautiful and quiet vicinity of Królikarnia park. Reaching the age of 6 our pupils move to our primary school unit on Bełska 7 where they continue their PYP, which allows to convey the content of Polish national programme together with Alberta province curriculum.
It is our great pleasure to welcome you to our school. Thank you for your trust and support of the Canadian School of Warsaw.
Respectfully,
Monika Chandler and Ania Kościelak
That of the finest education possible?
The gift of tapping his or her every potential
To reach beyond what may have
Otherwise gone undiscovered or unexplored
