END OF THE 2007/2008 SCHOOL YEAR CEREMONY
Similarly as in public schools, the End of the 2007/2008 School Year Ceremony in the Canadian School of Warsaw will be held on Friday, June 20th, 2008.
The school is open from 8.30.
Kindergarten children are invited to gather at 9.15 at the playground if the weather is nice or in the Smilies’ classroom if it is cold or raining.
After a short ceremony they can join the School children, who will gather at 10.00, also either at the playground or at the Smilies’ classroom, to have their Ceremony and to sing the Polish and the Canadian anthem.
At 11.00 all children are going to their classrooms with their main teachers and at 1.00 p.m. School children are going home with their parents/guardians.
As we are aware that public kindergartens are opened according to regular hours on that day, we organized special duty hours for Kindergarten children, who may be picked up by 5 p.m. They will be provided with lunch at school. Children to be picked up late ought to be provided with suitable snacks.
