Dear Parents,
I welcome you and your children in our preschool. My name is Magda Jabłecka and I am a co-teacher in Smilies. I have been working at Canadian School of Warsaw for five years. I started as a common room teacher in the primary school and the preschool. After three years I became a co-teacher in Smilies.
I graduated from Interfaculty Studies of Commodity Science at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences. Safety food is my hobby, but nothing gives me as much pleasure as working with children. I am also a trained camp counselor and I had an opportunity to gain some experience in this area. I spent a couple of weeks with primary school children during holiday. I found dealing with them and organizing different activities for them challenging as well as very rewarding. I have been interested in child psychology for a long time. Two years ago I completed postgraduate studies at the Pedagogical Faculty of Humanities at Warsaw University of Life Sciences. As you may know the Canadian School of Warsaw was recognized as a candidate IB World School implementing PYP (Primary Years Programme) for children 3-10. I had an opportunity to participate in professional development workshops that enriched my knowledge.
Education and taking care of your children in this school year is associated with high responsibility, but I see it as a privilege and I am delighted that I can work here. I will do everything to make your children grow in a nice, friendly and family-like atmosphere during their stay at the preschool.
